The villa itself is an ideal family property, comfortable and tastefully furnished throughout. The kitchen is French designed and includes a breakfast area with a door that leads out to the pool and barbeque area. There is also a lovely dining area with large marble table surrounded entirely by French doors. The lounge is composed of two seating areas separated by an antique mahogany pool table.

On entering the villa you are met by a large hall with a 6ft. wide marble staircase leading to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Off both bedrooms there is a large balcony, that overlooks the gardens and fruit trees surrounding the house.
Downstairs contains two more twin bedrooms, sharing a fully fitted bathroom and separate wc. All bedrooms are spacious, well-furnished and have built in wooden wardrobes providing ample cupboard space.

The patio contains a large swimming pool. There is a built in traditional style barbeque area covered with a thatched roof which makes the perfect setting for outdoor dining. There is also extensive lighting throughout the gardens and in the pool area which is ideal for swimming in the evening.

Terms of booking:
The below rates are applicable to a maximum of 8 people (plus an infant in a cot). Bookings will be confirmed, subject to availability and a 25% holding deposit. Full balance is required 6 weeks before arrival.
This property requires a £400.00 security deposit held until one week after departure and is payable with your final balance.
